WHICH COURSE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
If you have no experience or are a novice sailor and have only been crew, or have daysailed years ago and want to start with the basics: The 100 Level Basic Keelboat Course is for you.
If you have a good grasp of nomenclature, basic sailing techniques, understand sail trim and points of sail. You have crewed on larger vessels and even have limited skippering experience, or if you own a your own boat but do not feel comfortable with navigation and have not experienced much ocean sailing: Then the 110 Level, Coastal Navigation and Coastal Bareboat Certification course is the right choice.
If you are comfortable with most elements of sailing and skippering and you want to polish those skills, gain the experience of doing an overnight crossing to the Bahamas and become a successful Bareboat Charterer. This course entails about a hundred and fifty miles of offshore sailing, then the 200 Level Offshore Bareboat Certification course would be the correct choice.
If you are a competent sailor that wishes to gain an International Certification then our Yachtmaster Coastal Course would be the right choice.
