Ocean Masters Sailing Academy
All courses are week long, learn aboard - live aboard experiences which start on Saturday morning and conclude on the following Friday afternoon. The students are aboard for six nights and seven days. The cost per person, per week, per course is $1495 for courses 100 and 110. 200 Offshore Bareboat Certification going to the Bahamas is $1895. The Yachtmaster Coastal Certificate of Competency Course 210 is $2495.00 per person.
Special are priced according to each particular trip.
The cost for all courses is all inclusive, including provisions, vessel, instructor/captain, port fees, dockage and linens. The only "extras" for the student is Florida State Sales Tax: 6%, and gratuity for the instructor if you so desire.
Note: The provision list is extensive and we find it covers most of our student's requirements. The exception is beer, wine and soft drinks. All students are given the opportunity to shop for personal provision items the first day. We also have a number of Marine Stores in the Fort Lauderdale area that offer an extensive range of marine items. We can arrange for our students to visit some of the stores if they need to.
